Barnala MLA: The constituency number of Barnala assembly seat is 103 and it comes under the Sangrur lok sabha constituency. As per the latest updates available, Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer of AAP has won from this seat with a margin of 37622 votes and is elected as the new MLA of Barnala. Kulwant Singh Keetu of SAD has lost the elections and secured the second place.
In 2017, Gurmeet Singh 'Meet Hayer' was elected as MLA from this seat. He/she is associated with AAP and won the elections with a margin of 2432 votes.
